Horizon was born amidst the turbulence of war, a time marked by untold suffering and pain for thousands of innocent lives caught in the crossfire. Restoring peace and normalcy to these lives became the central mission for Horizon's founders, leading to the creation of an organization devoted to Post-Conflict Environment Management.
